Regional Sales Representative

Sales & MarketingAccra, GhanaPart-time

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our growing team in Ghana. In this role, you will be the face of Westel Innovations — promoting our suite of enterprise software products and building lasting relationships with clients across Ghana regions.

What You'll Do

  • Market and promote Westel Innovations' product suite — including Westel Soleil ERP, Soleil Logistics, Soleil Safety, Skuul, and Sendry — to prospective clients across assigned territories
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tailored presentations that address each prospect's specific business challenges
  • Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with the technical and product teams to develop compelling proposals and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline activity, and client interactions
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to generate leads and raise brand awareness

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, technology, or enterprise solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales processes
  • Knowledge of the Ghana business landscape is a distinct advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
